Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IPK Logistics ("the app"), a Shopify embedded application provided by IPK Logistics ("we", "our"). By installing and using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

IPK Logistics is a warehouse management tool that operates inside the Shopify admin. It provides:

• Bin location management for product variants using Shopify metafields
• Structured picking rounds for unfulfilled orders
• Barcode scanner support for picking and fulfillment workflows
• Order fulfillment with item verification
• Container (cart and box) tracking

Account and Access

• The app requires a Shopify store with an active Shopify plan that supports embedded apps and the Admin API.
• Access is authenticated through Shopify's OAuth system. No separate account is required.
• You are responsible for the actions performed through the app by any staff member with access to your Shopify admin.

Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer three subscription plans, all billed monthly through Shopify's billing system:

• Free trial: All plans include a 7-day free trial, available once per store.
• All features included: Every plan includes access to all app features. Plans differ only in the number of orders included in the base price.
• Usage charges: Orders processed above your plan limit are charged at $0.01 per order.
• Billing cycle: Charges are processed through Shopify's billing system. Usage counters reset at the start of each billing period.
• Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the app.
• Cancellation: You may uninstall the app at any time through the Shopify admin. Billing stops upon uninstallation and is prorated according to Shopify's billing policies.

Data and Metafields

• Bin location data is stored as Shopify metafields directly on your product variants under the namespace ipk_logistics with the key bin_location.
• These metafields belong to your Shopify store and are not deleted when you uninstall the app.
• You may edit or delete these metafields at any time through the Shopify admin.
• Bulk imports via CSV overwrite existing bin location values for matched variants.

Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
• We are not responsible for errors in picking, fulfillment, or inventory resulting from incorrect data entry, CSV imports, or barcode mismatches.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the app or via the email associated with your Shopify account. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
