Common questions about pricing

QCan I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription page inside the app. Shopify handles proration automatically — you only pay the difference.

QWhat happens when my trial ends?

Shopify will charge the monthly fee for your selected plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

QWhat counts as an "order" for usage billing?

An order is counted once it is processed through the app — whether via a picking round, fulfillment, or both. Each unique order is only counted once per billing period, regardless of how many steps it goes through. The counter resets at the start of each billing period. Orders above your plan's included limit incur a $0.01 usage charge.

QWhat happens to my data after 6 months?

Data older than 6 months is available for download. Active data (recent pickings, fulfillments) remains fully accessible within the app.
